nvidia control panel performance tab missing

hi there. i´ve been spending all day trying to figure out whats wrong....my nvidia control panel only has 3dsettings...no more display option and no more performance option...till yesterday i was able to tweak my gpu frequencies and all of above options were available.
what i tried:
1.reinstalling nvidia drivers with ´´clean installation´´
2.uninstalling drivers with display driver uninstaller(ddu)
any suggestion?

Reinstall the NVidia System Tools 6.08 - Performance tool only , if your GPU is supported by the tools . At your own risk .

it says that ``another version of this product is allready installed`` and it tells me to uninstall it from removing prgrams but theres no nvidia system tools

Find NVidia Performance and NVidia drivers - both are installed by the Performance Tool . If something goes wrong , your registry would be likely corrupted .
