So I have a GS75 Stealth 95G MSI Laptop (windows 11), I havent used it much since my friend helped me build a pc. I was trying to play Palworld and when the game kept crashing I realized that it was playing off the integrated intel graphics and not the Nvidia graphics card. I tried to open the nvidia control panel to set the game to run off the nvidia graphics card but it wouldnt open (even running as admin). Ive tried updating drivers, windows update, restarting computer, uninstall the nvidia driver and scan for hardware change, ive tried nvidia geforce experience driver update/installation (although suspiciously after installing the express/custom installation option doesnt go away like normal making me feel like install didnt take). Im at my wits end, does anyone have an suggestions/solutions? Also treat me like Im 5 because im not super tech savvy.

Oh idk if this means anything but my intel driver says PCI bus 0, device 2, function 0 and my nvidia one says (PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

First check and see if your laptop is pending any BIOS updates. Check to see if your OS is also pending an update. Install your chipset driver in an elevated command.

Following that, use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) from you platform, then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
