Question Nvidia Cuda slow on 3080Ti

Just upgraded to a 3080Ti from 1080Ti and expected much faster Nvidia H.265 Cuda encoding when converting videos ?. Tried both DVD fab and Handbrake. Yes latest Nvida driver.

I'd expect the card to be very busy and hot too yet the thing seems to be almost idling !. Currently encoding a 4k video at around 80fps.

Thoughts ?

Did you ddu the system before isntalling new drivers?
