Nvidia Display Driver Has stopped responding and has recovered

Hi i have this problem which is annoying me to much and sometimes it gives me blue screen of death and sometimes the computer restart without blue screen , i used memtest to see if the problem in my ram and the test is fine , im using latest nvidia driver
