Hello,
I have this upgrade setting in my Windows uppdate to download. Is it wise to download this an install it or how can I find out this information?

It's an updated driver for your nVidia graphics adapter.

However, it is not advisable to update any driver if the existing one is working okay, as new drivers can often introduce problems which didn't exist before.

Certainly, updating a driver just because an update is available is not sufficient reason to go ahead with it. Updating drivers is not compulsory.
