Hello guys! Maybe you can help me to solve my problem. I am experiencing this NVIDIA DRIVER CRASH when I am playing games most likely to happen when I am running the game while there are other apps running in background. This is not happening like before Even i am playing with other apps running. I download the drivers manually from the NVIDIA website, this website "https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/"

I also updated my drivers to lates, My bios, Windows Update. Also Try to rollbacks the driver That i have used before. But none of this is happening. I dont know what to do. Thanks Guys!

This is my Specs.

Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (LAPTOP) 1 year already but bought brand new
CPU : i5 13500hx
GPU : RTX 4050
RAM : 16gb DDR5
STORAGE: 512gb SSD NVME
WINDOWS 11 HOME

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

= = = =

How were the drivers installed?

Manually download the drivers directly from Nvidia's website. Install, and configure - no third party tools or installers.

Ensure that the driver source is truly Nviidia. Just because "Nvidia" appears in the link does not mean that the website is really Nvidia.

No problem with "being new".

Your description indicates that gaming alone is okay while gaming with other apps running in the background causes problems - correct?

Look, as starting point, in Reliability History/Monitor for any error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured just before or at the time of the crashes.

And look closely for a pattern that matches gaming sessions with and without other apps running in the background.

Experiment a bit if necessary. If nothing is apparent then there are other tools that can be used.
