Nvidia Driver Failed Install

Hi everyone I recently did a fresh Windows 10 install and I am trying to download the latest Windows 10 353.62 Nvidia driver for my GTX 770 and everytime I run the ap when the installer gets to the 'System Check' part I get a failed to install.

Whats also weird is under my C drive I have all of these Nvidia folders downloaded.

What make is it? Could try getting the driver from off the manufacturer's site.

After restarting my comp it would appear the driver did install properly from what i can see, however I dont seem to have a nvidia control panel when i right click my desktop like i normally do.
