Hello,
The title is pretty clear. Every driver after 364.51 make my screen pale and it looks awful. I can bring back the old settings but as soon as i start a game the problems returns. Same for restarting the PC. Reinstalling drivers, clean install, custom driver install, tried everything - doesn't work. Even used DDU driver remover but that doesn't work too. If i take a screenshot it won't make a difference, looks like the computer doesn't find a difference (between images from old driver and a present one), but the monitor does?!
What's going on?

I'll bet you've got your monitor hooked up with HDMI. For some bizarre reason, nvidia originally thought it would be a good idea to limit the RGB color range over HDMI to 16-235 in certain cases. So the darkest black the computer can send isn't 0 but 16, and the most saturated color value it can send isn't 255 but 235. They've been working to stomp out any last traces of this, but it occasionally rears its head on newer equipment. You can try the fixes suggested here:

I see, well I'm using HDMI but this issue hasn't appeared before 364.51.. I will try

Hello... the Hardware runs the Games... and the Driver is the Communication between them... that Driver is not Communicating well with your hardware... Stop thinking you have to have the "latest' "greatest" version to enjoy or play the game. I use a 3 year OLD driver for my Nvidia... cause it works with my hardware.

Someone's a bit edgy. I know how things work. I haven't gotten into details of the whole situation for you to judge me. Do what better suits you, I'm here to ask for help and Solandri delivered. End of story.

Hello... +1 LOL... give me the down votes... ya... being here awhile I have gotten the feeling the World has become 'update crazy" Sorry my post was not helpful in solving this...
1) Apparently the "DEFAULT" Configurations between "Driver Versions" was the Problem here... too explain it.

My time of GPU testing has not found it worth the Time and effort too keep changing the latest driver ever month... and a mental PLACEBO... that said. B ) Game on DUDES!!!
