Question Nvidia driver not loading until 5-10 seconds after the desktop loads

Recently, I've noticed an issue where my GPU driver isn't loading until after the desktop. My PC boots fine but upon reaching the desktop it's a super low resolution, 5-10 seconds later, my screen flashes black, I get the USB connect noise and everything is back to normal. This is happening across multiple different drivers, my GPU seems to be working fine. I read something about disabling hyper m.2x16 in BIOS to fix this exact issue, but my motherboard Asus ROG Strix X570-F doesn't have that option. Any ideas?

try turning off fast boot?
full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
