Nvidia Driver Problem on Windows 10

So whenever i try to play things like black ops 3 or gta v it always stutters, originally it would run perfectly 60+ fps but after a recent driver update those 2 games always stutter and or don't even load properly and are unplayable. it is really annoying please help i think it is the graphics card driver and i don't know how to fix it
