NVidia driver problems

Laptop specs:
CPU: i5-3210m
GPU: GeForce 630m
Ram: 12 GB

So I've downloaded the latest driver for my GPU (344.11 GeForce driver), and for some weird reason. All of my games suddenly run slower. So I downgraded back to the R331 game ready driver. I want to use GeForce Experience and all the new features but at the same time, want nice frame rates.
Any solutions?
P.S This has been the problem with almost all of the drivers except R331 Game ready driver.

Make sure that the driver is for laptops or mobility driver.

I did make sure I downloaded the right driver but still seems to cause an issue

That is really annoying. I would suggest to revert to your manufacturer`s drivers.
