Suddenly 2 days ago I boot up my PC like I normally do and I get this weird glitchy screen. This is the video of the boot up: LINK.
So I booted into safe mode, disabled the driver and then I got into normal mode. I tried updating the driver to the latest, but at some point it restarted the PC and went into the weird glitchy screen again. I tried also just waiting for about 15 mins of the screen flickering and this caused my Windows to just show a blue screen error when I booted up. Restore point didn't help, auto repair didn't, Windows support told me to do a clean install of Windows 10.
Anyway I'm not sure what should I do. Like how do I check if my GPU is working properly and it's just the driver software problems or something else. Oh the GPU is a msi GTX 970.
