Question Nvidia drivers causing stuttering ?

Hello, for the last 5 months, each update of the GPU's driver version, makes my gaming experience worse and worse.
I have an RTX 2070 SUPER from Gigabyte and its performance gets worse and worse by updating its driver version.
Please, if you have 2070 SUPER, can you tell me which driver version you use?
