Question Nvidia drivers slowing down gtx 1050ti

I find it funny how Nvidia purposely slows down your gpu and lowers frames to make you buy their newer GPUs.

And by downgrading to older drivers it's funny how my GTX 1050ti gained 20 frames more in games like BF1!

This may be my last purchase of a nvidia card, I think by now that AMD is more consumer friendly and does not DOWNGRADE gpu performance!

EDIT: And I forgot to mention that my CPU usage % went down by a bit, stopping stutters which is now a relieve.

Yeah performance in drivers can vary. It's known 3xx were pretty good for 10 series but I've never tested it. I should one day.

Regarding your cpu usage, that should have increased actually with the cpu having to pre-render more frames.

Well It's weird but it did stop stuters, So I'm fine with it for now.
