I was on my PC yesterday when suddenly the monitor went blank, and I heard a SPINNING sound I think where the GPU card is. Now my system cannot detect my GPU. Does this sound like a fried GPU? or a power supply that went bad and ruined it?

There is no issue with it powering on. When I plug the hdmi cordn into the video card slot it does not detect it, when I plug it into the "normal" hdmi slot is access an Intel HD graphics 530 card.
SO if anyone has experienced this feel free to share.

You didn't clarify if you see the boot screen or not.... Also are you plugging into the MB video port of the video card itself? You won't get video or it will be the on-board graphics like you described.
