Nvidia geforce 820m not working when game starts

I have a problem with my Nvidia 820m 2GB notebook graphics
my spec:
i3(4005u) @1.70 GHz
4 gb ram
2 dedicated graphics (Nvidia geforce 820m)

So here is my problem
This is my notebook GPU details it shows my gpu default clock speed

This is gpu stats when no game is running

I compared this stats with other notebook having save graphics card an same configuration, but there is "--" in MHz as mine shows 162 mhz while no game is running

And after that when I start any game it still 162 mhz besides of that it should on its default clock speed as shown in screenshot

when I start geforce experience my gpu clock speed goes to its default clock speed

and if i start a game again cpu clock speed drops to 162mhz

And when i look my gpu configuration in CPU-Z it shows

I have installed latest graphics driver
And tested in Windows 7 too still same
I think it works as coprocessor mode or perf lvl 0 as displays in screenshot

And all games are very lagging very badly 🙁

what power profile is the laptop running? anything but High Performance with my IdeaPad sets the dedicated GPU into a low-power mode.

Its showing 99'c man thats overheating, do you have it on a table? Does it have airflow?

Ive seen people use them on a bed or something and it suffocates the air intake (often on the bottom)

It is in high performance mode

noo it showing wrong temp. I can feel that heat at bottom of laptop if there is ....

true. even 65°C at those idle speeds is very high when not in use.

i would contact manufacturer if you can't fix it through system settings or and/or Nvidia Control Panel.
