Hello everyone i want to know how far i can push the voltage indicator in order to get more performance in video games for example how much excactly mVolts the current is by default at 6.3mVolts and the maximum is 156.3mVolts also to mention i just dont want to burn my new laptop thanks everybody.

If you don't want to kill your new laptop, leave it running as it is. If you want more performance in a laptop, get one with a faster video card. Laptops are not made for overclocking anything unless you get a high end gaming system with good parts and cooling.
