when I play any games, the temperature rise to 80C ++ and high graphic games become 95C ++ (shutdown at 105C)
even when playing any movie, the temperature rise to 70C - 95C
the CPU temperature is normal...
I'm using cooler master notepal 1300...

so, what I MUST DO?
can anyone give me some TIPS?

Not much you can do for laptops. Make sure the insides are clean and free of dust/dirt and maybe find a better cooler for underneath. Beyond that it's pretty tough to lower temps in a laptop.

hey, um...I tried to reapply thermal paste...
but after that, it become hotter (gpu only), others are okay...
so what's the problem here you think?
i'm confuse
