Nvidia Geforce 9500-9600 GT vs. GT 240

Hi there, I will be planning to buy a GT 240 for my system. Before buying it, I would like to find out the difference between the 2 types of graphics card. Can anyone explain to me the differences and advantages of the cards. Thank you.

The GT 240 comes in 2 varieties, DDR5 or DDR3 memory, with the DDR5 card being significantly faster. Neither are faster than the 9600GT however but both are faster than the 9500GT.
