Will a Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT work with a (MS-7325) motherboard. I have these parts kicking around, 2-Zogis ZO95GT-1GD2H and the motherboard. I thought I would put together a unit for the garage. Nothing special, just something to get on the web when looking for information. Parts, motherboard, Athlon 64x2 5400+, 500GB HDR, DVD-RW-ReW CD-Rom and an extra PCI USB Hub. Tried just about everything I know except for flashing the graphic card's bios, I'm a little leary of doing that until I've exhausted all other ideas. The problem is there is no display right from "Turn-on" Although, you can hear the boot-up process right through to Windows (Windows 7-64bit) Have tried 7-32bit, and Windows XP sp3 32-bit. This MSI mother board has a D-link, all lights are normal, all green, no reds. How do I know its going to Windows ?---I hear the window's log-on music. If the cards are compatible, what is it that I'm missing. One thing, According to the manual (motherboard), The motherboard will support PCI-E graphic cards in 8X only, but both the graphic card's and motherboard manuals say they are both backwards compatible. Both cards and motherboard are PCI-E "2" compatible. I've tried an old ATI X800 XL 256MB, and it works fine in both PCI-E slots. Both the 9500 GTs are known working cards. Through my research, I believe the problem might be in the motherboard's Bios (Version 1.5) (maybe I should try and roll it back to Version 1.4, although the setup didn't work with Version 1.2. --------Or, the graphic cards Bios. The graphic card's bios is suppose to display before anything else and it does not ! (Black Screen).
"Old guy" needs some help. Thanks

Sorry, because I just copy and paste.
How about just try one 9500gt instead of the sli. If even you use only single 9500gt, and the pc still is not display and it is the compatible problem, because you use the newer bios 1.5 version.
I think it maybe the 9500gt has the compatibility problem with the MB, which has the nvidia chipset, I know the nvidia chipset is very tricky, and because the BIOS 1.5 version was released on 10/28/2008, if the 9500gt was released by after that date, then they will have the problem. I can't find the info for 2-Zogis ZO95GT-1GD2H, but for regular nvidia GeForce 9500 GT 1GB DDR2 was released on 7/29/2008. You can see the window is very small, it ( your 9500gt) may or may not fit in that time periods.
Also maybe the PSU too, because 9500gt will use more power, but I think it is the compatibility issue. So just use the old ATI card.

Thanks "cin19".
When I wrote the number of the Zogis graphic cards, I meant to say "Two" not 2- as in "How many". I forgot to say that the motherboard (K9N SLI, MS-7325) is a PCI-E board 'SLI", with "two" X16 slots so you can piggy back two alike cards. This is what I wanted to do. Another thing I notice in the MOBO manual, it will only do X8 in each slot. Thought that was kinda weird. Took a closer look at the two X16 slots and the slots were only populated with half the pins. Yes you are right, very little information on the Zo95GT-1GD2H cards. I did an image search on Google for 9500 GT cards. There are a few cards that look like duplicates with the same specs. Galaxy is one brand.
Thanks again.
