Hi All

I am building a cheapy Gaming PC ( very tight budget ) and I am trying to find alteratives to a Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT 1gig , which is min for runing GTA-5 PC , anyone have any suggestions ! .

If you want to enjoy GTA5, minimum with a 9800GT will be quite jittery. If you can afford a 750Ti, that will fair much better.

I understand you're on a budget but just be mindful that when games talk minimum's, its really just to get the game running, but if you're happy enough with the likely performance above then fair enough. Rule of thumb though when being guided by recommendations is always treat recommended as minimum.

Thanks for your replies , I can not afford a 750Ti we are talking nearer £100 for a used one , I just really wanted to know what is basicly one up from the 9800GT , and I am not sure if there will be a throttle somewhere on the board (Gigabyte GA-EQ45M-S2 Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33Ghz ) using that graphics card .

That is a very good question , not really more than £50 , it is not for me , I am building a PC for my Grandson 14 , and to be perfectly honest I am really up to my budget now and I still need some Ram and offcourse a Graphics card .
