Nvidia Geforce Experience Not Opening

My GeForce Experience just stopped opening, like at all, no error messages, nothing. Just stuck at loading screen. Anyone had problems like this?

Reinstall geforce drivers and it should fix your issues.

Did that to me a while ago, only fix that worked for me was a reinstall of Geforce Experience

Reinstalled everything geforce related, still the same story.

Force quit everything in task manager related to nvidia and try again

Did that too, still nothing. Sometimes it opens up after like 10 minutes, but can't do anything (like updating drivers or game settings) and sometimes it just freezes

I am having this issue for now it won't run, sometime it run like after restarting the pc and waiting 20 mins of loading and I can not optimize any game, sometimes when i try to lunch any game from steam library it takes 5mins to lunch :/
