Question Nvidia GeForce Experience/NvContainerLocalSystem/NvBroadcast.Container.exe Error

Whenever I open Nvidia GeForce Experience I get Error Code: 0x0003.

To resolve this I went services.msc and tried to start NvContainerLocalSystem service but I get error stating
"Windows could not start the NVIDIA LocalSystem Container service on Local Computer
Error 14109: A generic command executable returned a result that indicates failure."

I checked the event viewer, I get error event logged as

How should I resolve this? Reinstalling Nvidia GeForce Experience every time I get this error has become cumbersome.

Are you even using GeForce Experience and NvBroadcast ?
Either disable NvBroadcast or uninstall GeForce Experience.

I disabled NvBroadcast but still I'm getting same error. I reinstalled GeForce Experience but still GeForce Experience is not working.
