I'm going to get a new graphic card and I don't have much budget. My question is whether my system is able to support Nvidia Geforce GT 630 4GB.

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory : 4GB RAM

Power supply : 230W

I'm going to use this to play Assassin Creed 4 : Black Flag with minimum to medium details.Is it suitable?

No, your machine can not handle the GT630 (any model). The lowest version requires at least 300w, your (presumably OEM) 230w PSU will not be able to provide the output required.

The best entry level you are going to find is the Corsair CX series, if you are on a budget that is where I would start. If you are willing to spend a bit more and get something substantial go for a Corsair TX series.

Best bet is to go 500w or higher.

This is my PSU model

it is written there pure/real power is 230w and max/peak power is 450w, what does it mean?
can it support the nvidia gt geforce 630 4GB?
