Hi guys,will i be able to run Games like battlefield 4, farcry 4, cod bo3, gta v, CSGO and gmod on high settings and any future games With NVIDIA GeForce GT 730?

specs:
intel core i7-4790 Processor at 3.6GHz
16 gb ddr3 ram
2 gb graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 730

or would work better with these specs:
Intel Core i7-6700 Processor 3.4GHz
16GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM

No you would not the GT 730 is not a gaming card.
If your at the top of your budget then drop down to a i5 processor and but that 100 buck savings into the video card that should put you in the GTX 960 area that will play all the games good with decent settings.

You're focusing on the wrong parts for a gaming build. An i5 with 8 GB of RAM and the savings put into a better GPU will, for gaming, outperform an i7 with 16 GB of RAM and a GT 730.

If your just looking for a good gaming PC then something like this would do.

You could adjust parts according to your budget like adding a SSD or overclocking processor and motherboard, For a bit lower price you could get a GTX 960 video card.
I would keep the 16GB of memory just because it's cheap and you would not need to add more.

Yeah you should be fine with what you have, but follow the other guys advice and change to an i5 processor
