If i go to Intels website (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html ) and scan my system and look at my graphics card it says "availability offline" i dont know how to fix this can anyone help? (the driver is old because i tried to install a older driver to fix this problem i failed)

Oh - it's a laptop.

Because of laptop energy saving features, discrete graphics card gets used only, when there's appropriate load to graphics subsystem. In 2D desktop mode - Intel integrated graphics is used instead. Discrete graphics card is turned off and is saving energy.

You might want to post your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Are you using that app to tell you if your GPU is working or not? If so, what does Nvidia's control panel show you? Which version of drivers for the Nvidia card are you on? Latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

Intel driver support assistant provides driver/software updates to Intel hardware (not to Nvidia graphics cards).
For Nvidia drivers visit https://www.geforce.com/drivers

Oh that makes sense, i thought it was always off because when i launch some games like pubg they crash instantly and the games that do launch and dont crash have like 10% of fps that a 1050Ti should have for example Rainbow six siege lowest settings on my laptop is 50-60fps, on some other laptop or pc its 300+ fps so i thought the HD Graphics was running the games instead
