nvidia geforce gtx 650 ti boost on asrock g31m-s?

im planning to buy a graphics card and the gtx650 ti boost fits my needs and my budget. I am just wondering if my mobo is (asrock g31m-s) is still enough to the task. and my psu is at 500w is that enough?
