NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 TI

So i have a choice.
I can ether get the 1GB or the 2GB version of the 650 TI for my custom PC i am building.

Does the 2GB offer significant improvements over the 1GB? The 2GB costs $20 more but is it really worth it? Is there a FPS increase?

I am stickign with the 650 TI if thats what you want to know. i have a budget of 650$ including tax and shiping which i have already calculated.

Yes I was asking because you can get the HD 7850 1GB for the price of the GTX 650 Ti 2GB. Anyway for most games there aren't any big differences except Skyrim with high resolution texture pack at high resolution like 1920 x 1200 according to Anandtech's GTX 650 Ti review:

I want to play World of Tanks on Ultra and also to run multiple MMO games at once.

I'm not familiar with World of Tanks so my suggestion is to go with 1GB if you play at 1680 x 1050. And since there's no real benefit with most games at 1920 x 1080, 2GB is probably not worth it given your very limited budget.
