Nvidia GeForce Gtx 660ti problem

My evga Gtx 660ti has a very loud fan, and I have cleaned it with compressed air and I am using the evga precision x software to control the fan. Is it possible the bearings are shot. Please help me.

What rpm is it running at?

What rmp are you reading from the card?
The card is allways loud or only in load?
You overclocked/overvolted the card?

Maybe you change the default card behaviour to use fix rpm and set it to 100% with the evga software?

Need to have some more information to be able to help you.

My card is factory over clocked and it is running at 1200 rpm and it is loud with no load but especially under load.

Lower the fan speed using MSI Afterburner or evga precision x.
