If you need more performance from your 750 Ti (what make/model is it precisely? example: MSI Twin Frozer?) you can overclock your 750 Ti. Check out this YouTube video for help and DO YOUR RESEARCH before overclocking anything. There are risks.

Yes depending on the rest of your system specs. It wont be at max settings but battlefield 4 and doom 4 should be perfectly playable with a 750 ti, assuming your cpu is decent and you have enough system ram.
