I'm building my own computer, based around an Asus P6X 58D-E mobo i was given. I am planning to buy the Nvidia GTX 770, because it seems like a good choice ATM. I am also looking forward to the free steam download of Borderlands: the pre-sequel. However, when I go to a website like scan novatech, the search for Nvidia seems too come up with other brand names such as Asus, Gigabyte, or MSI, which i do not understand. Unless I am missingsomething quite major, Nvidia is a very well-known company that is completely seperate the to ones mentioned above. could someone please enlighten me as to how I should be approaching these sites to buy the GPU.

The part list as it stands (havent bought anything, but do have mobo) :
-Intel core i7 990X extreme edition CPU
-Asus P6X58D-E ATX mobo
-Corsair XMS3 12GB (3x4GB) RAM
-Seagate Constellation ES.3 HDD
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 GPU
-MSI Blitz ATX Case
-Case should come with a 650W PSU

Solution
There still nvidia those company's make the heat sinks and fans for nvidia GPUs. Getting a reference nvidia card is a lot worse than buying an Asus, evga, gigabyte etc card. The best place to purchase any computer part is www.pcpartpicker.com

thanks, I have been using partpicker to keep track of the different parts I want, but they dont actually sell the parts, just link you to somewhere like newegg or bestbuy, etc, depending on where it is cheapest.
