[SOLVED] Nvidia GPU + Amd motherboard and CPU

I want to upgrade my gpu and I currently have a Ryzen 3 1200 and a Asus B450M-K.

I wonder can you run a Gigabyte gtx 1660 ti in a amd motherboard (gonna upgrade my mb too) and my Ryzen cpu. If you can will there be compatibility issues and will it be worth it. Might go with a rx 5500 if it doesn't.

There's no tie to CPU & GPU brand matching. Otherwise, what would Nvidia do?
