Nvidia gpu second slot as the main

I'm running a x99 deluxe motherboard with sli 1080tis and a 1050 for obs rendering

Question 1 will the 1050 be use for gaming if there's is no sli bridge to it.

Question 2 does it matter what slot the gpus are in. Say the 1050 in slot 1 and the 2x 1080ti in the lower ones. Will it still game of of the 1080ti and won't use the 1050 unless I set obs to use that card

Populate the top two PCIe x16 slots with the SLI 1080 Ti’s, with the third using the 1050.

Only 1070’s and above are able to be SLI’d, thus you can’t use an SLI bridge on the 1050.

Well my case has the mb sideways so you see the bottom of the gpu so I wanted to hide the 1050 and show off the 1080ti clear loop
