NVIDIA GPU site games free ?

i am thinking of buying gtx 750 ti when i did v sit the webste and selected 750 ti
it showed some games like call of duty ghost etc
are they free if you buy the card and register.

No, you do not get any of thoses games for free. It is there to say what games support Nvidia features. They used to provide a code for these games but their promo has ended.
