Dear Sir,

I have a HP ML10 server, it has a slot of "PCIe2 x16 (16, 8, 4, 1) 75W".
I wish to install a graphic card because my monitor is 1920x1080 pixels.

Will this work? Any recommendation of graphic card model (nVidia is preferable)?
Thank you very much.

Solution
Based on research that is a 350 watt power supply, get a 750 ti but do not over clock. this should not effect you Ethernet so long as you do not remove the card if you are using one, or disable it somehow in the BIOS. the internal video will turn off automatically just be sure to hook p the card not the motherboard. I do not believe it will, I have not heard of such a case. there should not be any issues.

Dear Sir,
Thanks.

The power supply is model: HP-XD301MGF S REV.
This is HP ProLiant ML10 server.

Further questions:
1). After installing the graphic card, will it affect the Gigabit Ethernet port ?
2). Do I need to disable the internal video in the BIOS setting?
3). Will this has any issue with Nouveau (open source driver) ?

eh, are you going to keep using this as a server, or convert it to a normal desktop pc?

I wish to convert it to a desktop PC/workstation. I know a server is designed differently from a PC, but for this HP ML10 server I do not need it as a server anymore. Please enlighten me if there is any other issue. Later I will find a way to install sound card into it.
Thank you.
