Question Nvidia Graphic cards driver causes a black screen after a few minutes

I am having the hardest time figuring out what the issue with Nvidia graphic cards and my PC.
I have tried the GTX 1660 OC
and now the RTX 2060
Both go black with both HDMI and Display port.

I uninstalled the driver. Windows has set my display to 1280*1024 64hz

I am talking to nvidia. They are saying that my Alienware Area-51 R2 which is 3 years old may not be compatible? How in the words can that be the case?

Help? Spoke with DELL. They said it may be a vbois issue? I need an OEM card? anyone have advice?
