i bought some day ago a new pc,with
8GB RAM
NVIDIA 710 2GB VRAM
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz, 3333 Mhz, 2 core
and my games are lagging more than my last pc that was with a 1gb graphic card.
Was a AMD 5700 RADEON

Solution
...
What is the exact video card you had? The 5700 is just a model range. That nVidia 710 is slow, video card memory amount does not matter as much as the actual speed of the video card. It is very likely your old video card was faster. 2 GB of video RAM in a GT 710 card is not very useful, the card is too slow to run anything that needs that much RAM in a game.

So the 710 one is a shit...bruh. is possible that 2gb or ram is worst than 1gb?
Here the requirements of the game.
CPU: Core I5 2400 or over
CPU SPEED: Info
RAM: 6 GB
OS: Win 7/8.1/10 64bit
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 VRAM 1GB or over
PIXEL SHADER: 5.0
VERTEX SHADER: 5.0
SOUND CARD: 16bit Stereo 48kHzWAVE
FREE DISK SPACE: 30 GB
DEDICATED VIDEO RAM: 1024 MB

710 is MUCH worse than a GTX 660. As I said, RAM amount is useless to go by unless you know the actual video card speeds. That 710 can have 32 GB of Video RAM and it will be slower than the GTX 660 with 1 GB. It's not hard to find out the speeds of video cards, there are dozens of web sites that to reviews, benchmark tests, etc.. There are charts all over the place.

Like this one https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html which is in rough tiers.
