Nvidia graphics card on an AMD Motherboard vs Nvida Graphics card on an Intel Motherboard running on Gsync Monitor

I have a GTX 1060 graphics card that supports G-sync. If I install that graphics card onto an AMD-based motherbaord will I still get the same benefits as on an Intel-based motherboard when running on a G-sync monitor?

Yes, the motherboard has nothing to do with G-sync/freesync compatibility. The refresh rate adjustments are between the GPU and the monitor.
