What portion of the system does it stop displaying at?

i never get a display,nothing happens when i turn the pc on.i used a dvi to hdmi adapter from the video card and then to my hdmi input on my tv.

You're still not providing any information as to what is happening. You're saying the end result, you're not providing steps to what causes it or what you've done to troubleshoot.

i have a biostar motherboard and had to use a dvi to hdmi adapter to my smart tv but can't get a display.i am using a 250 watt power supply.is that to small?the motherboard model is A770E3.

i am trying to install a nvidia quadro fx 1800 graphics card on a biostar A770E3 motherboard with a 250 watt power supply.i can't get a display.i am using a dvi to hdmi adapter so that i can hook up to my samsung smart tv. am i using to small of a power supply or is it something else.i cannot install the drivers for the nvidia card because i can't see to do so.please help,thanks.
