Hello,
I recently disabled my nvidia graphics card (970) in Windows 7 as I needed to do video editing and it was causing rendering issues. However when I try to reinstall the drivers I am unable to do so as I am met with a screen saying that the graphics driver hasnt been installed. I have tried installing in safe mode, completely removing any previous drivers and rolling back to a previous version, none of which works. When I go into device manager the GPU is listed under "other" as "VGA graphics adapter". I am pulling my hair out wondering what I am doing wrong. I really need the card working again ASAP as I need to do college work using it.

Please could I get some help

Have you tried "DriverSweeper" ?

Yeah I've used that, I've also tried to manually install them through the device manager, still no success

Try from CD, if that does not work, try and removing GPU then put it in after few minutes.

The CD is still causing the same issue, however I will remove the GPU, sweep the drivers again and try after that,
Thanks

UPDATE: still no luck, I am trying a system restore but my PC is throwing up an error message when I try
