Nvidia GT 1030 FOR CORE 2 DUO E7500

Solution
If the game that you want to play is more CPU dependent, then it might bottleneck the 1030 5% to 15%.
E7500 and GT1030 will be a nice setup for multimedia and decent for playing some eSport title games (low to medium setting).

Bottlenecking is only relevant in gaming. That said, yes, the E7500 will probably bottleneck even a GT 1030.

However, any game that will run on an E7500, the GT 1030 will be more than sufficient for, and it will make a good multimedia card.

If you want to play modern games, you will have to upgrade you CPU though.

I used it with my core 2 duo e8400,which is better than the e7500. Now that I've upgraded to a Pentium g3258, I realize how much the gt 1030 was bottlenecked

Im using it for gaming whit a Intel core 2 duo e7500 4gb ram ddr3 playing next-gen games (fallout 4, the witcher 3, dying light, DOOM, etc) at 1080p low-med graphics i get 30-45 fps and if i reduce the resolution i get 60+ fps. Trust me u can play whit it.
