Which brand is better in buying a Nvidia Gt1030?
And should i buy an over clocked version or low profile version considered both fit my casing?
Its just my local market doesnt have OC gt1030 stock so i have to settle fr the low profile one,
I even tried fr the rx550, no stock for dat also : (
Are both OC and LP same perfomance? Or r there downsides?
And i was hoping to buy a gigabyte Gt1030 2gb Gddr5

Solution
if your case is really small.. like Dell Optiplex series.. the LP is recommended.. but i assure you that LP is not anyway slower than the regular one..
but! be advised that there is a GT1030 DDR4 ver.. be sure to avoid that piece of shite..

i most recommend RX550.. or even GTX 750-ti or 950..
i hope this helps.
the performance will be the same with either card for the most part. they are the same GPU and are of a different size. one is for small form factor cases and one isn't. they will both work just fine other than that one might be overclocked a little higher from the factory but it will be mostly unnoticeable as you can OC either card yourself. hope this helps

Solution
I prefer it being factory Overclocked as i dont have any experince in overclocking, and overclocking can harm your components right,
So better to buy a overclocked safe one rather than buy a low prpfile and over clock it yourself?

sorry for super late response..

OC got better base clock but! 10 series got this GPU boost thing..

my 1050ti got 1291mhz for base and 1392 normal boost.. but in actual.. i got a whooping 1746 mhz @1.05v.. a +455 total boost from base to GPU boost..

so yeah.. even if its LP.. it will have GPU boost..
go for OC ver if you want.. you'll get higher base boost, means more GPU boost result..

and no need to get scared on 1030.. it got a TDP of 30w only.. for more info:
