NVidia GT 610 Code 43

So i decided to install a custom Glass Theme for my Windows 7, with that said i began browsing for a theme and found a "Glass Theme Pack", i installed it hoping it was good but in the end it ended up looking ugly and not working properly so i uninstalled the pack but when i restarted the computer i was now stuck in the Windows Classic theme with no Aero Transparency. Also my screen resolution got smaller and when i researched my PC it turns out that it was the Graphics Cards's fault, i can't go in a higher resolution and can't use the Aero Theme because my graphics card wasn't in use for some odd reason. I opened Device Manager just to find out my card stopped running because it "Detected an error" and below it said Error Code 43. I Guess because of the theme, when i uninstalled it some part of the system went away with it or something... Can i get help?
