Please help if GT 630 1gb 128bit gddr5 is compatible with my system and if is it good enough for low setting gaming like for dota 2?

I was able to play Dota 2 in very low settings with my current video card for 40 - 50 fps will this card improve my FPS?

Pentium Dual Core 2.5ghz
Asus P5KPL-AM
1 2gb ddr2 & 1 2gb ddr3 ram
Nvidia Geforce 8500gt 512 mb 128 bit - my video card planning to change for gt 630

Any comments and suggestions?
btw here's my psu if it is compatible with the card

1 2gb ddr2 & 1 2gb ddr3 ram ? this board is only ddr2 compatible: - Dual channel DDR2 1066(O.C.)/800/667

To answer your question, yes its good enough to play games on low settings. Nvidia recommends to have a psu of at least 300W so yours should be fine! For the price of the card its a pretty good upgrade for the money in my opinion!

Minimum 350W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 20A). Your PSU has 12V on 18A.
You should probably get a new PSU like a Corsair CX, or EVGA 500B.

EDIT: I was just reading a thread and a guy said he did this but his PSU got warm, and he had minor graphical glitches on the monitor.
