NVidia GT 630M shuts down ASUS K55VM

Hello,
i am also planning to buy the asus k55vm laptop.. i just want to know is there still promblem of the graphic card.. shud i go for it i am also thinking of buying the dell 15R SE,, am not able to decide please suggest.. PS : i am also from india

Yes Windows 7 driver software for it is buggy, it will get shut down automatically whenever you do any graphic intensive work, like playing games.

Solution:
Install Windows 8 64 bit.
Download Windows8 64bit nVidia compatible driver from support.asus.com and you are good to go. It will work just fine

@hitesh_62 wat abt d new nvidia update 310.90 does it still shuts down plz reply facing same problems nd wat r ur temperature when runnig games sryy for too many ques this shutting down is a lot of trouble...!!

Driver provided with asus website is the only solution. Rest all drivers will bring in the same problem.

Never checked my hardware temp, as I installed Win 8 right after I boughtmy system and installed its compatible driver, so technically I never faced that shut down problme and never checked from any temp change
