hi, i'm just asking which is better for medium gaming level.....

i am playing games like bf3,gtaiv,lol,crysis3,farcry2and3

INNO3D GT630 KEPLER
1GB DDR3 64BIT
900mhz gpu clock
48 cuda cores

or

ZOTAC GT 630 Synergy Edition
1GB DDR3 128BIT
810mhz gpu clock
96 cores

Zotac 630 synergy Edition is better

Better alternative at same cost is AMD R7 240 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

But if you want to play games like Crysis 3 you will need a better graphic card like AMD R7 260x or Nvidia gtx 750 ti.

is it supports pci 1.0? because in zotac website says "PCI Express 2.0 (Compatible with 1.1)"?

No then it wont be compatible with PCIe 1.0
It will only be compatible with 1.1 or higher.
