Nvidia GT740 DFOC 2GD5

So do i have to overclock it myself?

No, the clock speeds are set higher by the vendor. You can overclock it further if you want, but you won't see much difference and will increase the chance of the card failing.

I got one last important question, the reason why im asking is because my FPS keeps dropping when im playing games like CSGO but that doesnt happen when i first bought it, i do not know if is my GPU or what but what i know is that my performance is very much lower then the first time i bought it. please help me if your know what's the problem, Thank you.

Probably has to do with garbage programs you installed recently (willingly or not, malware also falls in that line) rather than the GPU.

How do i find those malware's?

With that question, you should not try to overclock your computer or fiddle around with anything!

Reformat = wipe the drive and do a clean install of the operating system.

Most likely your inexperience with computers means you DO have viruses/malware and will probably need to reformat. If you use Win 10, there are instructions at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

I did the malwarebyte scan and only found registry keys. is that bad?

Im using Windows 7 how do i reformat on window's 7 may i ask? Thank you.

Find your install disk and use that, instructions will be on screen, and just make sure to go to custom and then change disk formatting when given the option (custom disk settings or something like that)

But i do not have the disk, because i bought this computer 2nd hand.

Then you're up a creek without a paddle. microsoft's ISO downloads are only for retail licenses, so unless you can find a friend with ANY windows 7 installer disk (literally any will work, you just need to copy the disk, remove one file, and burn the new iso), you'll have to hope paid antivirus from bitdefender, kapersky, etc will help.

Sound like buying a new computer is a way easier step.

If you like paying money to people that sell computers, it's great for them LOL Don't worry about using a premium anti-virus, I've yet to see one do that much better in tests where it's worth using over a free one like AVG or Avira.

Check places like Craigslist, there are plenty of people around who have Windows 7 disks that can re-install Windows for you for a lot less than a new computer costs, just make sure you have your license key handy or you'll need to pay another $100 or so for a valid license.

Until AVG decides to crap out on you and take something with it :sarcastic: I've never seen a more buggy AV program (that isn't downright garbage), had one machine that lost internet connectivity randomly until it was uninstalled and another where the uninstaller corrupted the boot partition ! Sure all AV programs have their issues, but I've personally never seen a point to AVG when it fails to find most malware on the systems it was on (asian malware specifically) and causes too many problems that are worse than the malware.

Results may vary though 😉

I srsly dont think i need to reformat doe.
