NVidia GTS 450 SYNERGY Edition or GTS 450 different?

Hi,I'm planning to buy Graphics card under 6 k ...

Cpu - Phenom II X6 1090t

Mobo - M5a88-m

Ram - Corsair Value ram(1333) 1 4gb

PSU - 550W (Local)

HDD -1TB Seagate


Currently I am using EAH4650 graphics card but i wish to upgrade it........


Graphics card i found in my budget are

1)ATI RADEON HD 6670 DDR5 (5600 INR)

2)Zotac nVidia GTS 450 Synergy Edition (5800 INR) (please recommend if anymore)

i am confused about nvidia GTS 450 and nvidia GTS 450 SYNERGY edition are same or different?.....please help which one is better and in my budget. Plz tell the difference of 'SYNERGY EDITION'

I think the synergy is just a zotac marketing tag
