Nvidia GTX 1060: no video out (HDMI)

Hello All,
I ran into a problem when installing a new CPU cooler (CORSAIR H60) and when i plugged everything back in to boot up the monitor didn't detect a signal when I run off my GPU (GTX 1060) but when I use the MOBO GPU it works (VGA).

I've tried:
- checking ram
- checking CPU
- reinstalling GPU in PCI-E slot
- checking 6-pin power connector
- disabling default GPU
- resetting the CMOS/BIOS
- booting in safe mode
- boot in MOBO GPU then switch to my 1060 in the BIOS
- trying a different PCIE slot

I'm hoping someone has a solution. This has been a real headache

Problem solved: the graphics card wasn't 100% plugged into the PCI-E slot so double check the connection.
