Nvidia GTX 570 - Not using full capacity of card

Currently having a problem were when i play games like Arma:2 / Arma:3 my GPU is not using its full capacity:
[[ This is a Nvidia card, not anything like a Asus or MSI ]]

the problem is ARMA. what CPU do you have, arma is insanely cpu intensive.

With the system i currently own, i am using a "Intel i7 960"

the arma games are cpu bottlenecked regardless of gpu. OC your cpu for more performance
